Federal Allies News January 2013

The tumultuous goings-on between The White House and Capitol Hill on New Year’s Eve did not hinder small businesses from heading to the Federal Allies Institute Web site on New Year’s Eve to join.  Perhaps it compelled them.  We appreciate national correspondent Ralph E. Winnie, Jr.’s informative Congressional updates that evening.

In times like these Federal Allies offers clarity, real solutions, solid reasons and inviting forums in which federal contractors and government officials can collaborate.

And across America Federal Allies new Chapter Chairs look forward to offering small business federal contracting programming in your neighborhood.  Among them, Mickey Thompson, Chair, Oklahoma Chapter said, “Recent Oklahoma meetings were held December 20 in Tulsa; December 28 in Jenks; January 2 in Stillwater and Cushing; January 3 in Tulsa; and January 4 in Midwest City, Oklahoma City, and Norman.”  Mickey Thompson is Executive Director of Claremore Rogers County Partnership.  Thompson welcomes new members for the Oklahoma Chapter.  Advisory participants include Carter Merkle and Larry Findeiss of Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network, Kay Bills and James Ray of Mid America Government Industry Coalition and Native American Business Enterprise Center, and others.  If interested, contact Oklahoma@FederalAllies.org.
